UseMyapartment.com is an advertising website and all information listed on our website is taken in good faith from
the property owners. UseMyapartment.com therefore do not accept any liability for any description inaccuracies, misleading statements or losses caused by either the Holiday Homeowner or the Holiday Maker.

We do offer a complaints service and will investigate all complaints that are received. All complaints should be sent via email to complaints@usemyapartment.com

We recommend that both parties are completely satisfied before any money is exchanged and we recommend that precautionary checks are undertaken by both parties in any transaction as UseMyapartment.com will not be held financially liable for any losses incurred by either party.

UseMyapartment.com is an advertising and marketing based website and is therefore not affiliated with any of the holiday assurance boards such as ATOL & ABTA. We reserve the right to deny or remove any adverts that may be of
a fraudulent, offensive or pornographic nature. All users who visit the website will be subject to the terms and
conditions listed in this section and in turn indemnify UseMyapartment.com and its affiliated companies against
any losses that are incurred.

We accept no liability for server failure or temporary website unavailability but we will work with our web hosts in order
to rectify any problems in a timely manner. No refunds or rebates will be offered unless the server is offline for over
28 days. In this unlikely case the refund amount will then be calculated as a daily amount and will be backdated to
the first day in which the error occurred.

The advertiser represents and warrants that he or she owns the copyright in the photographic and textual material supplied by him to UseMyapartment.com or any third parties advertising on behalf of the owner have been
authorised by the owner of the copyright to grant UseMyapartment.com permission to use the material.

The advertiser grants UseMyapartment.com a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the Material for promotional
purposes (including marketing and public relations material). The advertiser irrevocably and unconditionally
indemnifies UseMyapartment.com immediately on demand against any cost, loss or liability (including legal costs)
which UseMyapartment.com may incur by reason of any breach of copyright arising from its use of the Material.

The advertiser understands that it may not reproduce photographic or textual material from any part of the UseMyapartment.com website without permission from the relevant copyright owner.

UseMyapartment.com reserves the right to determine the final design layout of the website, including the right to edit copy, or amend layouts or photographs supplied. UseMyapartment.com also reserves the right to amend and edit information entered into the online database by advertisers. UseMyapartment.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the design or positioning of the properties, or changes made to the photographs or information submitted by the customer.

UseMyapartment.com treats the personal information of site users with the utmost respect and confidentiality and
takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately.

Your personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use.
If UseMyapartment.com receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a specific Property
Page misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the Property Page
without notice, and retain payment.

If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the
on-line systems, UseMyapartment.com reserves the right to remove the associated Property Page(s) from the
web site. Full payment will be retained. UseMyapartment.com reserves the right to refuse or remove any
Property Page from its web site that it considers unsuitable or incomplete, and will not be liable for any expense in
doing so. If advertisers wish to have their Property Page removed from the web site before the end of their
subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the
'contact us' page, quoting their owner ID or home number and password.

No refunds will be given.

When a new property is registered on the site, payment should be made on that same day.

If payment is being made by credit or debit card this can be processed online by World Pay (part of the Royal
Bank of Scotland Group), our online card payment provider or by using Paypal. Should an advertiser not have the
ability to make payment by card, cheques should be sent on the day of registering a property (payable to UseMyapartment.com.) to: UseMyapartment.com PO Box 293, Leeds, LS19 9DJ United Kingdom.

In this instance advertisers are requested to notify UseMyapartment.com by email that a cheque has been sent
and advise of the expected time to receipt, especially where this is expected to be more than 10 working days from
the date of registration of a property. UseMyapartment.com reserve the right to remove property advertisements
should no notice be given by email and payment not received within this timeframe.

UseMyapartment.com provides an advertising service rather than a physical product. We offer a 'cooling off period' of five working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email to cancelations@usemyapartment.com or by use of the 'contact us' form on the site (stating the owner ID or home
number and the advertiser's password).

We will then supply a refund less a £10 administration fee and notification by email. UseMyapartment.com reserves
the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers.
